AleuroSolutions Creates Custom Software for MAS Medical Staffing
MAS Medical Staffing was struggling with a business process pains, not unlike many other businesses they had hired a freelance engineer to fix their problem. The engineer's resolution was to build a custom client/server web application for thier scheduling needs. When the freelancer moved on unfortunatley, MAS found themsevles without a solution. They had the same unresolved business problems and now a product they could not use.
AleuroSolutions got involved and learned MAS's immediate goals, we asked the right questions to get at the root of the issue and developed a strategy to help MAS resolve their consistency and throughput of data entry and on-call scheduling. We took ownership of their custom application, corrected improper or poorly executed functionality and extending the product to serve new business needs. Working within the company's budget and timeline the product has now been deployed to four states where MAS has established offices. In 2009, we will help them integrate several other business applications to eliminate redundant data entry tasks and capitalize on the tools available.
